Fasano Corportion, Inc. was founded in 1973 for the purpose of producing precision Swiss screw machined parts. Our mission is to use all of our skills, talents, and resources to produce high quality parts in the best possible time and at the right price. We aim to earn your busines, keep your business, and meet your needs for years to come.
Fasano Corporation, Inc. was founded by Albert and Ronald Fasano with only six Tornos Swiss-type screw machines. Currently we run four Swiss CNC machines, as well as an automatic CNC chucker. While we are phasing out of our older machines, we still retain nine Tornos Swiss automatics. Additionally, we have other secondary and toolmaking equipment. The company now occupies a modern 4,000 square foot building.
We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, efficient shop and setting high standards for quality control. We are a small machine shop with a reputation for taking pride in our workmanship. We take the time to do the job right the first time. All incoming material is inspected and certified by our suppliers. Certifications are also required from firms on any outside work to be done, such as heat treating and plating. We work as a partner with our customers, vendors, and employees. Our specialty has always been high quality, close tolerance, precison work.
Environmentally, we extract the cutting oils from 100% of the chips that leave our facility. The oils are then reused and the metals are sold as scrap.
Our President, Albert Fasano, has been working in the machining industry for over 50 years. Ronald Fasano, Vice President, is an expert machinist and cam maker with 38 years of experience. He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Roger Williams College.
